The Brief
India's first melanin-first skincare brand. Brand identity established. Everything else packaging adaptation, e-commerce, campaigns, merchandise, catalogues, print needed to be built, executed, and delivered to market.

Card 01
Melanin-first on FOP
Melanin-first always on the front of pack. Non-negotiable. Everything else could flex this positioning never moved.
Card 02
Colour accuracy under pressure
Worked directly with vendors on Pantone specifications across all SKUs. 6 hand cream variants, each with their own colour story, all needing to match on press.
Card 03
Brand system at scale
Same brand, 7 different platform templates, 10+ products, print + digital + packaging. Consistency was the hardest design problem.
